Dan Marvin

Mr. Marvin was raised in Visalia and after graduating from Mt. Whitney High School in 1989, attended the University of Southern California, where he achieved a degree in business administration. He then returned to the Central Valley where he purchased Exeter Auto Parts. Through the years as he owned and operated that business, he often thought about becoming an attorney. Dan started law school in 2011, will graduate in February 2016 and will take the California Bar Exam in July 2016. In September 2014, Dan sold Exeter Auto Parts so that he could start working as a law clerk at the firm and is learning how to become an effective attorney.

Emily L. Mayberry

Ms. Mayberry was born and raised in Visalia and graduated from Redwood High School in 2011. In 2013, Emily obtained her associate's degree in math and science from College of the Sequoias (COS) and in 2015 completed her Cancer Information Management degree at Santa Barbara City College. Having known Emily since she was 5 years old, Mr. Rollin recruited her to join the firm as his legal assistant in 2014 (even though she had no legal training or education), and she has flourished in that capacity. Emily is taking classes in the paralegal program at COS, where she continues to excel and expand her knowledge of the law. She is a valuable member of the firm for whom Mr. Rollin is very thankful.

Our Philosophy Of Practice - Customer Service And Ethics

Many clients have told Mr. Rollin that they appreciate his level of honesty and integrity in practicing law. Others have thanked Mr. Rollin for his attention to detail and thorough legal explanations. Over the years, many have returned for continued legal counsel, especially for business and employment matters, and many more have become personal friends.

Mr. Rollin believes that communication with clients is the key to his practice, and works hard to keep clients informed with regular updates about their cases, and to make himself accessible to clients. In the legal profession, reputation goes a long way toward achieving good results. This, and simply because being ethical is the "right" thing to do, is why Mr. Rollin has worked so hard for more than 20 years to establish a reputation beyond reproach in the Central Valley. By holding his practice to such a high ethical standard, by caring about his clients, and by working hard to identify and develop custom legal solutions for his clients' problems, Mr. Rollin has become one of Visalia's best attorneys.
